From a foundation of quiet aspiration, I cultivated an unwavering drive for professional excellence. Over 15 years, guided by incredible mentors and fierce determination, I not only climbed the corporate ranks but soared into the C-suite.
My true passion is people and impact. I leveraged every opportunity, working with diverse teams across all levels, to master strategic management and visionary leadership.
I thrive on cultivating high-performing teams—a skill demonstrated when I successfully oversaw 5 major workstreams, led and mentored 150 individuals, who went on to lead their own small and large teams.
My career is marked by a rich, global tapestry, spanning the US, Canada, the UK, and Asia. This international journey wasn't just a challenge; it was an extraordinary education that deeply honed my resilience, adaptability, and cultural fluency, granting me a powerful, broad life perspective.
I live by the unwavering values of abundance, generosity, and gratitude. These principles are the driving force behind my commitment to volunteering time and resources, actively helping communities and families achieve life-changing transformations.
Overcoming significant health challenges, including healing from GI tuberculosis twice and managing type 2 diabetes, has instilled an unshakable clarity: life is a gift. This journey has crystallized my choice to embrace every day with intention and do my absolute best.

In a previous executive leadership role, I reached a critical moment of clarity: the established operational structures were no longer aligned with my authentic potential for impact. Rather than compromising, I viewed this dissonance as a clear signal that a bold, self-directed evolution was necessary.
My love for the mission remained strong, but my commitment to operating at my absolute best was stronger. Taking full responsibility for my own trajectory, I chose to step away and initiate a dedicated period of strategic reflection and discovery—the necessary space to define 'what's next.'
Through intensive self-examination and invaluable feedback from trusted colleagues and mentors, my professional purpose crystallized around three core convictions:
